We eagerly invite and encourage submissions from passionate historians and thank you for your consideration of the WHR. If you have a captivating piece that delves into historical narratives, events, or analyses, we want to hear from you!
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines:
- You are currently enrolled as a University of Waterloo undergraduate student. (if not, please send us your submission and indicate what institute you are from and we may be able to accommodate)
- Citations, references, bibliography, and works cited have been provided and are fully complete in the Chicago Manual of Style format.
- Your text is double-spaced and uses an 11 or 12-point font in either Arial or Times New Roman.
- Your submission is between a minimum of five pages and a maximum of twenty pages.
- Your submission is a Word document or a suitable equivalent.
